“Nathan at the front desk is awesome and the breakfast was delicious!!”

“It is not easy looking for a room to fit a family of 6 but the room was perfect for us. I loved it had a pool for the kids hot tub for parents. Breakfast was great. Staff was super helpful when I needed anything. The most Important thing to me is that it was clean! It was beautiful inside and looked new.”

“Oxford Suites has great staff. Warm and friendly, ready with anything you need. Really enjoy the bar and hot meal after a long day driving. It is well located with easy access to anything in the Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene. We will stay here again!”

“Booked last minute got a very nice clean room but a sticky floor. Probably from too much cleaner. Fresh cookies in the lobby very helpful gentleman at the desk. Luggage rake was small and a little difficult to maneuver but the in room amenities were great”

“The linen smelled- like it was forgotten in the washer. I had to sleep on the towel due to the smell. The room itself was musty also like it had a flood. The room was in the midst of small remodel. It was appreciated but a deep clean in the tiles are needed. Heavy traffic areas in the bathroom, are we are showering. The floor just felt dirty to step on. Shower was new and good water pressure. What happened to the breakfast?”

“Great place for families. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite, did not get the 2 bedroom suite, instead was given 2, 1-bedroom suites. Great staff, clean pools and free breakfast!”

“From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!”

“We stayed only one night and had a function to go to so we weren't there much, and had to leave at 8:00 AM. We asked for a quiet room since we are light sleepers-and were pleased that the room was quiet. The carpet one the stairs and hallway was worn and didn't look as though it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. In our room there was a candy wrapper on the floor between the bed and nightstand and more wrappers in the drawer of the nightstand, which made us wonder if how much attention was……

“Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back.”
