"The women running the B&B was great. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Bedside tables were a little to small. Great location from the park. Group breakfast seating was great for meeting and talking to the other guest."

"The reviews and photos are accurate - this is a comfortable small motel. We choose a larger room and would recommend that. Tropic is a very small town, convenient to Bryce and we could walk to restaurants."

"The property itself is very nice and clean. No microwave in room but there is a coffee maker. Finding the room is extremely difficult, even with a GPS and Google Maps. We had to call the owner to find the place. There are two properties, Happy Trails East and West, so be clear about which one you reserve. When asked if breakfast is included, we found that it is served at one of the properties and it is $20.00 per person which we didn’t do because that’s extremely excessive and we have never been charged separately for breakfast at any other B&B where we’ve stayed. We got a very nice breakfast at a local restaurant for way less than $40.00!!"
