“Loved the property it was new and beautiful inside. Very close to some good restaurants yet still in a quiet area away from the busy streets. The only trouble we had was figuring out how to lock the front door when we left. We tried pushing the lock icon on the front door passcode pad thinking that was how it locked but we did that two times and the front door still was not locking, so it sounded like something wasn’t engaging the locking mechanism so we pulled on the door handle while pushing……

“We had such a wonderful stay! The Cozy Cottage was incredibly clean, cute, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed and was an amazing value for the price. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience so easy from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their guests and take pride in the space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, charming, and affordable place to stay!”

“The property description is misleading. It listed 1.5 bathrooms, but there is only one. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property. Keep in mind that I had been communicating with the property manager, for over 4 months. To start, I was not informed that you had to trek up these old, steep, metal stairs to enter the rented area. Or, you could walk up the frontstairs, but the entrance is narrow and its a lot of stairs. My mother came with me, as my daughter was graduating from college.……
