No one answered. we had to go down the street and find another place to stay after midnight. Stopped back the next day at 9 am to find out what happened. No good result. The shower head and water pressure were wonderful the beds comfy and the check in process flawless. The location is great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and very close to the kayaking tours.
