“The floors were not clean. I let them know and they were going to send someone to clean but never did. The unit was well appointed but had very noisy appliances and AC.”

“The rooms were clean with nice shower and spacious. Enjoyed the amenities from the pool, gym and views from the outdoor area. ”

“Late check out was available but then they didn’t give me a new card so I was locked out of the room, the front desk staff didn’t know how to solve the problem and had to wait for the manager”

“The staff was amazing especially Dakeem he went above and beyond for us!!! He left a special gift in our room for my boyfriends birthday He was wonderful with recommendations and even a coupon for a place near by!”

“We booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advance. When I went to check in on the app the night before my arrival, I was assigned a king bed room. I called the hotel and after a ton of time on hold and then a promised call back that never happened, I called the hotel again and they found the proper room for me. I went on the app and checked in to my assigned 2 queen bed room. When we arrived the next day, the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone who guaranteed me the correct room……

“Room wasn’t clean and beds weren’t made. Wet towels left on floor. Had to move to a different room. We had a disabled son and the new room didn’t suit our son’s needs. I had to request to be moved back to original room the next day. I’m sure it was an overbite but staff really not prepared for problems. ”
