Welcome to Dolphins and Dunes, conveniently located right off the large glistening pool, where you will also find top of the line Viking gas grilling stations and beautiful teak outdoor furnishings to enjoy off-beach time in the sun with your family! This condo is beautifully decorated with large comfortable furniture, including a full size gaming table with bumper pool, and fully stocked with everything you need to start your vacation off hassle free! The living area includes a couch that seats 5 - 6 people and can convert to a queen size bed. It is not a pull-out, the sectional pieces move to create a bed if desired. The master bedroom features a king poster bed, and the second bedroom includes a twin over full bunk. Each room will include it’s own large flat screen TV with great movie selections, and board games. Be sure to take advantage of the game table, wireless internet, your, and more! Dolphins and Dunes also includes the use of all Sanctuary amenities such as all three pools, courtyard Viking gas grills, 2 fitness gyms. You will receive two parking passes, one reserved for this condo and one open parking in a covered parking garage with extra parking and street parking. **All three swimming pools open annually from Memorial Day through September and may vary depending upon the weather.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS POOLS AND FITNESS CENTER MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH OCTOBER 1. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC.
