"We had a three-night stay in early May 2025. The room was fine. However, housekeeping apparently didn't visit our room even once during our three-night stay – not even to empty wastebaskets, much less straighten the room. We expect better."

"I was told breakfast was at 6:30. We needed to be at our son's to avoid morning traffic to the airport and he needed to go to work after dropping us off at the airport. we arrived in the lobby at 6:28. at 6:40 i ask the desk clerk if i had misunderstood what time breakfast would be. He was extremely helpful and said she was running late. At 645 the breakfast lady came out and said she was running late and she knew we had flights to catch. I rolled my eyes as she said it and she then proceeded to tell me she knew how disappointed i was and i could come on in. and then she said If you want to eat your breakfast unprepared go ahead!! I never said i wanted french toast, eggs, or sausage. I just needed something to eat with my medication and to be able to be at our sons to have him get us to the airport on time and him to work. I even said to lady. i am sorry to upset you and she refused to talk to me! Everyone else in this motel evey time we stay here has been EXTREMELY POLITE and we have been EXTREMLEY HAPPY but this breakfast lady was not like the rest! I would have eaten yogurt or a bagel or cereal of which were all out but she didn't open the doors until almost 650. that's 20 minutes late!"

"I became I'll while at the property from medication I was taking. I was with my daughter who was interviewing for a job in town. I called down to the desk and asked for late checkout. They could not have been nicer! They asked if they could do anything to help including sending some herbal tea. Anything at all. I appreciate the concern and care when of late, that is not always the norm. St John's Resort is truly beautiful as well. The grounds and facilities are gorgeous. I'll be back when I'm feeling better!!"

"It’s a very nice hotel and my room was very clean with nice amenities and furniture. Very trendy and modern and a comfortable bed. I give the staff I met excellent ratings. All were very kind. I arrived late due to a direct flight cancellation and rebooking through Cleveland. With an early AM meeting I turned in to get some much-needed rest. Unfortunately, my room was across from people who were talking lousy or arguing, I couldn’t tell. I called the front desk and the night manager on 5/10 immediately visited, knocked the n their door several times, and after they replied he politely and directly told them there was a noise complaint. He left, they briefly continued, but finally settled down. I really appreciated that quick response by the night manager."

"I must say, I had an amazing and relaxing stay at Royal Park. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; the property is absolutely beautiful, picturesque, and incredibly charming. It’s located in a quaint area and manages to feel both luxurious and cozy at the same time. The staff was wonderful; everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had breakfast at Park 600, and it was excellent. The portions were very generous, and the Peach Palmer drink was absolutely delicious. My room was excellent as well. The creek view was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Although the hotel was very busy, especially in the lobby with multiple events taking place, you would never know it once upstairs in the room. It was quiet, serene, and I slept like a baby. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive, adding to the overall pampered experience. I loved every bit of my stay here. Next time, I’ll definitely take advantage of the valet parking just to elevate the pampering experience even more. I traveled to Rochester from Massachusetts for a graduation, and after all the festivities, I genuinely looked forward to returning to the hotel each night. Wonderful place, oh and the lobby smells divine!"
