"This house is really nice and a perfect spot for 2 adult couples. Bedrooms with their own bathrooms on either side of the cabin, a beautiful overlook balcony of the river, and huge windows everywhere to take in the scenery. The owner was really nice and easy to communicate with via text and gave helpful instructions to find the place. It is far off the main road so I suggest traveling in an SUV or a car well off of the ground. My only star taken was for the accuracy of the listing as it says...

Go north to climb Three Ridges or south to climb The Priest. The bed was super-comfy too! Great place to unwind."

My only critique is both queen mattresses could use replacing, as the springs in the mattress could be felt (maybe even upgrading one of the rooms with a king). Thanks!"

"We liked the pictures of Tim's cabin on the web site, but we were pleasantly surprised at how much better the place was than the pictures. The hosts have done an excellent job of preserving the charm of the cabin, while updating it to be very comfortable. The setting is absolutely beautiful with views of the mountains, trees all around, wildlife in abundance, all while providing a very private quiet stay. Access to Charlottesville, and all the wineries and is also very convenient. All in all,...

"The property itself met my expectations and was pleasant to stay at, however, upon check-in i was told that there would be an extra cleaning fee (expedia wont let me include the price but it was a good amount). I was a little surprised and wished they had made that more clear before i booked the property, but at that point i had to pay the fee. Following that, we were given a checklist of our duties upon checkout that included stripping the beds, washing all dishes, taking out the trash,...

"We enjoyed our stay at your condo, especially the view. Just wanted to let you know that the remote for the dvd player needs batteries and the coffee maker didn’t work properly. The coffee didn’t flow out right and it overflowed. Other than that, everything was as described. We hope to stay at your beautiful condo again."
