“This was a great spot for our family (two adults and one infant). The condo community is very cute and was nice to walk around. Wells is a great central location! The listing hadn't said there was a laundry machine, but it was a pleasant surprise. The smart TVs also had some kind of pin/lock so we weren't able to use them with our accounts. Otherwise, this place was great, we would return!”

Its well organized and the owners have thought of everything. We were so close to Kennebunk Port and Ogunquit and all the other things we wantrd to do. We had an outstanding time!”

“This home was a perfect location for our family. It was in a quiet neighborhood and not far from anything. The only downfall is the downstairs bedroom only has access from outside. So in order for our teenagers to join the family in the main living room, they had to walk outside. This wasn’t fun when it rained. Other than that the house was super cute.”

“The grounds are beautiful. Pools and playground kept very clean. The property around the cottage was over grown and not kept that great. Bathroom and kitchen sink did not seem to be cleaned. Overall I would recommend this facility but would not rent this cottage again.”

“Cabin was a great location near Wells Beach and close to both Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Close proximity to clubhouse with a really nice pool and hot tub. Cabin was well furnished and comfortable for 3 adults. Check-in was very easy and owner was very responsive. Good WiFi if you need it. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet.”

“The neighborhood was beautiful with a short walk to the beach. The house was a lopsided nightmare. The floors are so uneven that you would run in to walls. There are holes under the linoleum in the kitchen floor. No dressed or closet in the front bedroom so we had to live out of our suitcase the whole week. The living room furniture was dirty and needs replaced. There is a TV but no remote. I have been renting through VRBO for years and this is by far the worst house ever for comfort. Very……
