“We have stayed at this property many times before and this trip the overall maintenance was questionable. There were at least two non-functioning lights in our room, burned out lights in the lobby and the A/C was not working in the hall of the second floor.
The staff was about the same not overly friendly but not rude either.”

“The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and also I was charged for the booking and I never even stayed in the room. “Place was clean but staff was very rude and when I asked about the pool for my kids to swim they said it's closed and after I asked if chance if they served breakfast they said no and were extremely rude and demanded that myself and 2 daughters, who just had their mother pass away, check out or they would have to call the police. I've been traveling for the last 2 years for work and have never been treated this way. THEIR POOL IS NOT OPEN.”
