“This has to be the best place to stay. The room was gorgeous, even had a washer and dryer so you go home with clean clothes, the bed was amazing. It was the best place we have ever stayed at. Clean and everything you need was there. It was like moving your own home to beautiful Saint Augustine FL. The host was always quick to reply to any questions and very sweet. We would highly recommend this rental to everyone. If I had to ask for any changes it probably be that there was 2 keys & fobs for……

“The condo was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Since it was located in a gated community, it was also very secure. The hostess and host were very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions that we had.We will definitely consider stating here again the next time we are in the area.”

“Great location and short term rental for beach lovers. Across the street from the beach and near all restaurants shops and amenities.”

“Accommodation was fantastic. Loved the location. Very clean and roomy. Getting in was a nightmare, instructions were not very clear and took an hour to finally find the parking lot and entrance. This is a very large complex with many buildings. Pool was great. The host was tardy in getting back to us. Great stay would recommend ”

“We stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect little spot! Clean, easy access to the beach, and was very easy to communicate with Todd! Would highly recommend to couples and small families! Thanks Todd!”

“The condo was extremely clean, convenient to Mayo Clinic and very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!”

“What a Great place! Close to the beach, clean and very comfortable, highly Recommend! Will definitely book this place again!!”

“This was our second year in a row to stay here and we would return again! The condo is immaculate, contains everything you might need for a great beach experience, and is located in a great spot. With an oceanfront view, on-site pool, and yummy restaurants on either side and across the street you could spend the entire week here without the need to get in your car. Highly recommend!”

“Best place we've ever stayed on vacation.”

“Great stay! Nicely renovated, quiet clean and nicely equipped place. Convenient location, and easy arrival. Only suggestion would be softer sheets and fix the toilet which takes far too long to fill which was fairly annoying. Never knew for sure if it was going to stop running. But eventually would. Fix that a would be perfect. Thank you! ”

“The place was perfectly fine for our stay—comfortable and in a great location. It had everything we really needed, and a few thoughtful extras like plenty of beach toys and some kids’ games and puzzles, which were a nice surprise. There were a few frustrations, mostly around communication and small practical issues. The listing mentioned beach toys, which were thankfully there, but when I reached out in advance with questions (including about beach and pool towels), the responses were vague and……

“Property was great. Would definitely stay here again. Was very clean, 2 minute walk to the beach, check in was easy. Noel, the host, was very accommodating and responded immediately if we had any requests. Would recommend this property if your heading to the beach.”

“We had a great family vacation at this location. It was the perfect size and space. They had beach chairs, a cart, a few sand toys, cooler and a beach bag to use. Walking distance to the beach, sand volleyball courts, fishing, restaurants and you can’t forget about ice cream (Mayday yummy ice cream and Cone Heads was the favorite for both ice cream and the homemade cones or a hotdog if you’re not up for a sweet treat) and the pool was a nice touch for after a day in the sun. The only downfall……
