“My 4 days stay was excellent. The hotel was clean, the service was very good. The location was very convenient to beach. The staff was professional and customer oriented. The view was beautiful and breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Pool closed, blankets were uncomfortable, "the milk" at the breakfast was either extremely watered down or sat out so long it literally separated. The yogurt and butter were frozen. The only helpful people were the young lady who checked me in and the young lady who checked me out. I know the breakfast is free but the quality was horrible.”

“One of my favorite hotel stay for sure. Nice size room, friendly staff, cleanliness from the parking lot to the inside. The breakfast was actually pretty good and nice gym. Last but not least, extremely convenient to everything from restaurants to shopping. I personally recommend and give it a 5 out of 5⭐️”

“The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Everything in good working order. While the exterior of the building is a little drab and uninspiring, the room inside was very welcoming. It’s an easy walk to St George Street. My only issue is that there is no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage or have mobility issues, be sure to secure a first-floor room. We would stay there again.”

“Mold! There was mold in our first room. We both got extremely sick from it. We stayed for 7 days and spent 5 of them sick. They only give you two flat pillows for a queen/king bed and we requested more and finally days later got them. Our second room only had one bath towel but we made it work for the days we were there. The wifi - where to begin? Constantly lagging and not connecting. The place didn’t even have basic cable so it was an adventure. Spend a few dollars more and find a better……

“The staff were lovely & helpful. The room was ok although the pillows smelt musty & the coffee maker wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The laundry was ok, cheapest washing machines we’ve come across. However the ice maker were very dirty & made you think twice if you really wanted to use it.”

“The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. When we first entered the room we did notice it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned very well or it had been a while since guests had stayed in that room. The carpet needed vacuuming and the bathroom needed some cleaning also. More Handicapped parking spots would definitely be a plus. The amenities were great. And the 24 hour coffee in the lobby was a very big plus. Besides the room needing some cleaning and the parking everything was great.”
