“I have never stayed at a place that was this visibly dirty but the worst part was the black mold in the bathroom ceiling. My son is asthmatic. We left soon after we checked in and we're able to find a much nicer hotel down the road. We had children and a senior dog with us so it was stressful having to find a last minute place. I am glad the front office was immediately willing to give us a full refund unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.”

“It was an average stay until I woke preparing to check out and find a cockroach in the shower. I videoed it to show the female that has been in the office every morning since my arrival. “We always enjoy our time at Knights Inn in Jacksonville Florida. The people are very nice and quick to address any issues we might have. The only thing I would change is the hours the pool is open. It would also be nice if the pool could be reopened after a rain currently it is locked once it rains and that's it even after the sun comes out which is frustrating and disappointing.
