“This was a strange hotel experience. The staff was not at all welcoming or hospitable. When we arrived we were clearly struggling with a luggage cart with a broke wheel and nobody offered to help us. When checking in, many details were left out, like putting our key in the power bank in the room so we could use all the lights and outlets. The sink was filthy and had no hot water. The toilet seat would fall off when you sit down. There aren’t any closets or drawers to store your clothes. We……
