"The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and that really made the stay extra pleasant. From Nicholas at check-in making sure our room had an amazing view to Sonny (I think that's his name) getting me a cup of coffee even after the coffee shop had just closed, to the housekeeping staff member who was so courteous and sweet- absolutely everyone on staff was great! Our room was clean, spacious, had a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave and an amazing view of the Red rocks. I sat out on the balcony watching the sun rise over the mountains every morning. It was great. The location is quiet and a little away from the action, but this was a plus for me. "

"This property continues to be beautiful and well maintained. I have visited this location several times and it continues to be a lovely location. It was my first time visiting during the holidays. It is so beautiful with the decorations and loved the attention paid to the Polar Express. Location is centrally located and have the ability to walk to route 66 to visit the stores and restaurants."

"The only confusion was that hotels.com, that we booked with did not do a good job of letting us know that the needed extra bed was not included in the “total price you will pay”. The hotel offered not to charge for it, but it is a problem for hotels.com, not this hotel. "
