“Blue Skies, Miss Lottie was a beautiful much needed getaway for us! The property is secured, and was very easily accessible for being self check in. Everything was well maintained. Restroom and shower area was super fun, and if you are lucky enough to have the grounds to yourself like we did its a HUGE bonus! The pool was small, clean and very well maintained. Looking forward to our next stay real soon! ”

“Stayed the weekend here and everything was great. The camper was clean and the check in/out process was smooth. Only a 15 minute drive to Fredericksburg so it was a great location. Appreciated the private bathrooms. Only complaint, if even that, was the shower pressure was not that great. Overall, great stay! ”

“Great little place to stay! Host was incredibly responsive and I would definitely recommend the property. Cooking is microwave only and the highway sounds (tire noise only) are substantial, otherwise we were very pleased. Bed is extremely comfortable! Hot tub is great - well maintained and no strange odors like many tubs. Nice porch for early/late day conversations. Nice cats. Axis deer with fawns in the yard the first day.”

“After BOOKING I was sent a message with some booking info. In that message there was a “total price from channel: fee” I overlooked that IMPORTANT detail! After checking out I reviewed my bank statement noticed that I had a charge in that same exact amount. I went back to message the property letting them know about that charge. “We've stayed there over several years and really enjoyed it. But its getting old. Front door lock and skeleton key were a nightmare. Several minutes of jiggling to get inside on arrival.
