“The pub is an old building, therefore there are things that cannot be changed, so if you are a light sleeper and cannot use ear plugs this may not be for you. It was not an issue for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, we had one evening meal there, breakfast was perfect, they were very accommodating by tweaking the menu to what you prefer. “When booking I didn't realise the hotel was right next to the ticket office to Wookey Hole Caves, what a bonus. Checking in was easy and the staff were very informative. After a busy day we decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. You do have to reserve in advance but the staff went the extra mile and fitted us in, we were very thankful due to having an exhausted and hungry child.
