“The check in was outdoors in 95° heat. Could barely understand check-in procedures through the 1x1 window. Property was loud with lots of marijuana smokers hanging around. Bed was okay and that’s about it.”

“Rooms were clean, staff was great. Relief area for pups had tons of sticker burs :( which I know are a pain to get rid of but also a pain for the pups. Mattresses could definitely use an upgrade. But everything else was as could be expected. The pool is definitely a great asset!”

“Right on Rockport Beach . Close to groceries stores and chain stores... And the staff were some of the best we have had on a stay.. A big plus for me was the swimming pool.. it was nice a cool and very clean, not over crowded for a July weekend.”

“There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am. ”

“Clean. Great view. Across one street from a working marina on the bay and within easy walking distance from a fishing pier. Helpful , friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet for a family oriented inn. All the rooms face the pool. The facility is "U" shaped and oriented to the southeast so keep that in mind if you don't like morning sunshine. Comfortable bed and pillows. Small refrigerator with freezer. Microwave. One cup coffee maker (not a Keurig). Dinnerware including plates, cups, and flatware.”

“Check in lady was a bet rude complaining about their system going down and taking forever to Check in my rooms, , only one elevator working, poor breakfast selection, I will not be back for the cost n or the service”

“It was okay. Didn’t see bugs, but there were stains on some towels and pillowcases. Black mold stains on the shower. Rusted furniture. The beds were ok and it was ok. I was woken up 2 nights in a row around 3 am by some homeless guy walking around and talk outside the rooms.”

“Enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice. Very helpful. My grandkids are very picky eaters and they were very happy with the hot breakfast that we received there. Most places have breakfast, but not good at all. Eggs are always overcooked. Your eggs were excellent. Your sausage was excellent. Everything looks so clean and there was a lady there who every time somebody would go in there and serve up some waffle batter and maybe spill a little bit or syrup and you know how that gets……
