“Our room was very clean and well-equipped, with bar-fridge, coffee-maker, etc. We especially appreciated the fact that the breakfast included a hot section (scrambled eggs and sausages this morning), plus a very wide range of breads, cereals, juices, coffee/tea, etc.”

“Room was clean. Parking and check in smooth. No spare toilet paper - had to use the tissues in the bathroom Water was luke warm but consistant and not cold ”

“The hotel staff was great. Although, they had a lightning strike that took out their card machine that caused a lack of room keys, staff navigated it well. Breakfast was good and as to be expected. Parking was great and safe. The bathroom in the room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly prior to our arrival and a tear in the curtains “fixed” by tying a knot in it, could have been handled better. ”

“Having a full kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils is great. Bonus if free breakfast. Biggest complaint was staffing and resources when magnetic key system failed for the whole weekend. Why would operations manager not staff up front desk as a contingency. We had to wait for 15 mins for staff to return from escorting guests to be let in with master key. During busy weekend with the hotel at capacity. It is absurd that the manager didn’t think how this would impact customers. Duh. Bad faux……

“Location was lovely, the staff was helpful. Our room 204 was at the high traffic area of the hotel, and was right next to the restaurant exhaust fans which were loud from 7am-midnight. This was the only issue we had with the hotel but would recommend asking for a room on the 3rd floor.”

“Such an easy and well thought out check in process, they really empower you will information. The room also actually had amenities and extras like makeup remover wipes which was so exciting to see in this day and age where most hotels have cut back on their hospitality elements. Such a convenient location and so nice having the bar below (and we could never hear it from our room!) We absolutely want to return and bring our friends with us! ”

“I booked my Rm through Expedia, not realizing that if i would of booked directly with the hotel my parking space would have been complimentary. It was a quaint Rm, cozy, however, i wish there would of been a microwave in the Rm”
