“No pool. Internet was fast. Included breakfast is worth more than pool to me at thia ppint esp woth cost of groceries etc going up.”

“The pool was a mess. Kids going on slide and kids swimming on pool; complete hazard. The teen boy watching kids at the pool was rude and condescending. The breakfast was mainly sweets. Price was reasonable but pool staff was a no for me”

“Great sized room. We had the double beds + living room & kitchen. Like it was huge with loads of storage EVERYWHERE! The staff were great, helpful & very kind. I hated the bathroom, the door almost hit the toilet, it was hard to move around that but the shower was massive….i dunno it just wasn’t a well thought out bathroom. The fridge was beside the front door & that bothered me plus the fridge door swung the wrong way. Theres no cooktop but i guess you can go get a hot plate at the front……

“It was a super cute property and so affordable. I was disappointed that the bathroom had a dirty water smell, the garbage can in there was half full already and there was a stain on the hand towel. The room itself was great with the exception of a stain on the bedding. Great otherwise, just bummed about those few things. The staff were very helpful and friendly. ”

“Found the rooms to be extremely warm with no way to turn down heat. Opened windows but then very noisy since on a busy road. Hotel room also needs repairs. Many stains on the bedroom carpet. Checkin also challenging. Consistently was not sent info for the second room I reserved including room number and pass code. ”

“This is a very nice hotel. The reason for my negative review is the staffing and the manager ignoring our calls and expedias calls regarding a promise of a discount they had made. We arrived on time for our check in around 3:30 or so. We were told our room was not ready because they were understaffed and that we need to wait 40-45 minutes. So, we understood and came 2 hours later around 5:30 assuming they had enough time, but our room still wasn’t ready. After informing them we had a place to……
