“The price is reasonable. Overall experience is ok. Free parking is available. The cats there are cute. Amenities are quite good as well. The Internet TV did not work, but the staff cannot anything with it. It’s not a big deal though. Meal time is quite limited. The hotel facilities are quite wore out, but it’s a 100 year plus premises.”

“The most beautiful and relaxing ryokan. We had a very wonderful experience and stay at this place. Staff were very attentive, helpful and professional service provided. They took care of everything from the time we drove into the parking until we left, without needing us to ask or worry. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were immaculately presented and tasty. Everything was well organized and we were well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommend this place!”
