Asia Spa Vacations

This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially because we were traveling with our young child. This hotel is advertised as a non-smoking hotel, yet when we first entered our room, there was a very strong marijuana smell. We immediately reported it to the hotel and asked to change rooms. The hotel moved us to another room, but unbelievably, the second room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. At that point, we were exhausted and extremely frustrated. We were traveling with our child and simply wanted a clean, smoke-free room where we could sleep. Instead, we had to deal with marijuana odor in the first room and cigarette smoke in the second room. We ended up not sleeping at all that night. We also spoke directly with the manager. What was even more disappointing was the manager’s response. Instead of properly addressing what happened or offering an appropriate solution, we were simply told that they could upgrade our room if we stayed again in the future. That is not an acceptable response. Why should we have to return to this hotel in the future to receive an upgrade when we were already dealing with an unacceptable situation during our current stay? A hotel that claims to be non-smoking should not have guests dealing with marijuana and cigarette odors in multiple rooms. This was especially unacceptable with a young child staying with us. The entire experience was exhausting and ruined our night. The management’s response only made the situation more frust

The staff here is always so kind and welcoming and always looking for ways to help make your stay more memorable! It’s the primary reason I keep coming back! Especially the team running the Chantara and By The Sea restaurants at the beach every afternoon and evening! The singers and dancers do a fantastic job entertaining guests each night too!

It's a nice property, quality for money, clean and has a nice location. Food is ok and the male manager provided a great recommendation on where to go. There is a maintenance during my stay and i was not able to get sleep and felt so tired during my stay. I also requested for an additional complimentary water and I was told that I have to pay 37K vnd. Other than that its a good property overall.

We loved our stay at the Magani. We were given an upgrade to the Magani Suite on arrival and it was very spacious with big balcony, huge shower and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing as were the staff.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean. They did our clothes/laundry within a few hours. We weren't right by the tourist area of Siem Reap but taking a Grab is quick and cheap.

Everything you expect out of a 5 start hotel is this place. Cant think of anything negative about this place!
