The hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. Even after staying for several days, they still remembered the guests and would greet them proactively. The hotel’s environment, atmosphere, and cleanliness were all excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Aside from the hotel ’s spa, which I wouldn’t recommend, everything else was a great experience.

We stayed 4 nights in Burasari. The location is nice which takes 1 min walk to the beach and around 10 mins walk to Bangla walking street.
The room we stayed was pool view elite room which was big and bright. Although the water flow for shower was a bit weak and the bed was a bit soft for us, we were happy with everything else.
Swimming pool was small but relaxing, breakfast was nice and staff were friendly and pleasant.
My overall experience was great.
