Had a great stay at Bali Garden. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the resort felt very secure at night, which was reassuring. One of the highlights was the amazing restaurant at the rear of the property right by the beach. fantastic food and a perfect setting. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Awesome location and fantastic rooms, but the absolute stars of this place are the staff. They were unbelievably kind and helpful. When we accidentally left an item behind on the way to the airport, they contacted us immediately and arranged to have it brought to us at the airport. Exceptional service. Thank you so much.

Loved staying here - the last place we stayed on our honeymoon in Vietnam. When we arrived we were greeted with a cold cup of juice and very friendly staff. The room was lovely, with a japanese toilet and a bath! Breakfast was a real highlight, with an amazing selection of food and condiments. We also loved being able to come back from a day out in the humid city to the rooftop with the heated jacuzzi pool to chill out.

The Magani suite a very spacious room and Houskeeping each day was done to our expectations. The staff from Front desk, to Hotel staff, waiters and the traffic management were all great. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Room was nice but was very noisy from the street. Breakfasy was very good
