"In a world increasingly filled with nice but cookie cutter hotels, the Morar Hotel is unique. It dates back to the early 1900’s. Staying here is like a trip back in time, from the heavy brass keys to unlock the rooms to the welcoming lobby with overstuffed furniture, to all of the staff eager to help. The food that we had in the hotel water view restaurant was some of the best that we had anywhere in the UK! Watching the sun set over the water and beaches below the hotel made it even better....

house on the loch, great views to wake up to and very relaxing sitting in the hot tub overlooking the water. Restaurant food was fab, staff very friendly & helpful. Special thanks to the chef for Lynda's prawns! Would highly recommend a visit."

"We booked for a 2 night stay. 5 in our party, and it didn't disappoint. The location is fantastic, a short stroll to the hotel for dinner, which was superb. The views are awesome,uninterrupted views over Loch Linnhe. The accommodation is superb, beautiful furnishings and lovely and warm!! Can't recommend the house enough, and hope to be back in the future. 😊"

"A great central location, with good on road parking. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. Some sofa beds can be a nuisance but this one is easy to use and has good instructions. All in all, a good apartment that we would use again!"

"The indifference of the operator.......we were given an address but house numbers in Tobermoy are erratic thus to give 61 Main Street was hardly why not add 'opposurte the Cafe Fish'? And when we telephoned no one answered. In the flat the first cupboard's handle came off in our hand, the clock did not work for want of a battery and the bathroom light flickered non-stop. Ten minutes work for a caring operator who might also might think to add a (free) map of the island and recommend a...

"Great place for accommodations in Tobermory. Property management had clear instructions on how to get in and how to work things in the apartment (eg. Pull out bed) plus lots of information on the island available. It was clean and ideally located on the Main Street with only about an 8 min walk to the buses at the car park. "

"Perfect location, comfortable room. TV didn't work and no easy instructions. Windows didn't open. No accessible person to ask for help. Alot of instructions for the visitor on the wall but no help available when required. It was in general a positive experience, however, as the weather was good"

"This has to be one of the best places for its views that I have been to. So quiet and peaceful, sun was out, absolutely breath taking! Lodge was spotless, spacious and would definitely come back. Well worth the money! "
