Very clean room plus friendly and welcoming staff made for an excellent experience here at the graduate, and I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Nice home, wish the kitchen would’ve been stocked better so we could’ve cooked there instead of going out. But- overall, a good place to stay while we were in town for classes.

The space was perfect for our stay. Loved the open concept made it wonderful to entertain. The beds all were very comfortable. Great place to stay would highly recommend. We had to contact the people and they responded very quickly and fixed our issue.

The night manager was very thorough and kind. He walked me to the room, turned on the TV and lights for me, asked me to check the bathroom to be sure they didn't miss towels, etc. Very nice place for the low price of $60 a night.
