"We had a great stay. The room was spacious and accommodating to our various work and relaxation needs. The view was exceptional. Most importantly, all the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. If I can be critical of one thing, it is that the photos don't do the hotel justice; it was beautiful!"

"Lovely stay at the hotel, staff were friendly during check-in and had the room available for us for 2pm which was helpful with our jetlag. I surprised my partner with a falls view room because it was her 30th and the view was incredible and the room very nice as well."

"The hotel was super cute but the pool was even too cold for my kids to use. All of the cute outdoor areas and fire pits weren’t open. Even getting a glass of wine was a challenge at the resturant when we had dinner there one night and when I tried at 9:45 another evening. I am also still annoyed I was charged for an additional guest but their emails say no charge for kids. When I brought it up to them at check in they said that was on hotels.com. Hotels.com support had me going back and forth but never credited me the money."
