"First of all the shower was not working properly it leaked water on the floor when the door was closed secondly I had an alarm in the room go off out of nowhere and kept going off until I called downstairs to let them know that the alarm went off scared me to death thirdly when I left the room it came back I noticed housekeeping half clean the room and yes I have proof of all of this fiscally management that lied instead of they offered me another room number six let's not talk about their staff...
