"We had the perfect family vacation here! The Villa is so nice and just like the pictures. We had a couple of issues (to no fault of the hosts) that were resolved quickly! Andrea was so helpful and quick to respond! We could not have asked for anything better!!"

"We loved our stay here. You can’t ever get over the view of the volcano. Perfect distance from activities and the town. Diego was always so responsive to my questions. Cleaning crew came daily to straighten up and take out the trash. The villa was well appointed and spacious. Pool is plenty big to cool off after a long day and we enjoyed our hot tub! "

"We recently stayed at this villa in June and it was a great experience! The concierge staff is so professional and very prompt in their responses! They were very helpful in helping book our local activities and tours! The house itself is in a great location, though a little further from the city center (which we were ok with!). It is well-stocked and had plenty of space for our family of 6 to be comfortable and spread out! Although it rained most of the time, when it was clear the volcano views...

"The place was very good. Very clean and in a great location with an amazing view. We got lucky on our first night and were able to see all of the volcano! I would 100% recommend this place except for the mattresses. They were unfortunately the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in my entire life. It made it difficult to get a good night's rest. If it wasn't for this, I would give it 5 stars!"

"I recently stayed 3 nights at Villa Floresta Monteverde, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa is located in a very quiet area, offering complete privacy—you don’t notice the neighbors at all. The accommodation is modern, beautifully furnished, and features a lovely terrace and an amazing hot tub. The host was very friendly and communicative. However, one minor issue was that I only received the location details about 2 hours before the check-in time, which caused a bit of last-minute...
