Hi! I'm a medical resident with 2 extra rooms that I'd love to rent out to traveling professionals. May be sharing a bathroom if anyone overlaps- if that is the case I’d take $50 off the rent. You'll have full access to kitchen, laundry, wifi, fridge, etc. Definitely happy to prorate if you're staying less than a month.

Pets are welcome with a deposit- I have a friendly dog and large backyard. The house is in a beautiful and safe North Augusta neighborhood, 11 minute drive to MCG hospital and 12 minutes to Doctor's hospital.
