"This is a great house to rent. With an older teen, it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And while we didn't plan on cooking, we ended up making dinner there one night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Because we were out most of the day, we didn't get to see the horses. Hopefully we can spend some daylight hours there next time."

"Overall the stay was great. The house was clean, had plenty of room and had all the necessary amenities. We had a small issue with the batteries in the lock that was quickly remedied with a single phone call. Owner was responsive and on point with solution. We would stay again if available."

"This property is located on part of Knoxville's famous Dogwood Trail and in a neighborhood that boasts beautiful flower gardens, blooming landscapes, lovely historic homes and, while we stayed in April, native flowering dogwood trees. It is a lovely, well maintained rental and will not disappoint."

"This cabin had everything we needed for a nice comfortable stay. The Townsend area offers less dining options, but the peaceful side has many perks. Getting in and out of GSMT is easy. Traffic is minimal. You’re closer to Maryville which has everything else you might need. We would definitely stay here again !"

"This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep.
