"The home itself was beautiful. You felt at home. There was a coffee make, electric kettle, blender, utensils, pots and pans...almoat everything. The rooms were spacious plus a pull out couch. Definitely kid friendly. My niece and daughter had a blast. I loved the open room concept. My dad even got his daily physical therapy in the pool. "The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!"

"Daughter Graduated from Tulane and needed space for me and my sons. Place was great as was location. Host was awesome answered any inquiry within seconds literally seconds! Will stay there again!"

"The location couldn’t be beat! Right off Bourbon, which did include a noisy main bedroom. Earplugs were sufficient to block out noise. The only suggestion is to have hand soap, paper towels and backup toilet paper, which we had to purchase during our stay. We really appreciated being able to drop our bags before 4pm check-in. Great communication with host! We will be back!"

"The property has some wear and tear and lacks quality in the workmanship within the rooms; however, it was all we needed. The Bedding, Bathrooms, and Kitchen were clean. Whenever we reported an issue, we were supported as soon as we called. The air conditioner in the 2nd-floor bedroom hardly worked, and the central air on that floor never worked. "The property manager was very professional. He was very accommodating although calling to verify my reservation existed, it gets directed to a call center and they do not know what they are talking about. That could be fixed but other than that safe and walkable. "

"This is a Fantastic property! Have stayed here many times. Convenient walking to many of the best restaurants in the French Quarter, including Antoine's & Arnaud's and many others. It is situated right on Royal St., where all the art & antique galleries are located. Property is impeccable think white marble & brass. Rooms are nicely decorated & luxurious. Hotel is very quiet. Property entrance is directly across street from La. Supreme Court Bldg., so security on the street is excellent, & has in property off street parking. The staff here is amazing, everyone you come into contact with is friendly, helpful, happy & accommodating. But the best thing about this hotel is the rooftop, bar, pool & observation deck - where you have a wonderful view of the River, French Quarter & City. It doesn't get any better than this property in the French Quarter."
