"Stay was great, staff was great, but the water does not get hot. It gets luke warm and takes 15-20min to warm up from cold to Luke warm. If you like a scalding hot shower this may not be the place for you. Everything else was amazing! Staff is incredible. Very clean, very beautiful. Pool area was very nice. It’s a perfect location! We were just steps from Jackson square. Beautiful hotel. "
