“This was my 4th stay at Ingleside and it's become my little getaway place. The owner and staff are always quite accommodating, courteous and helpful. Any/all questions or issues are addressed immediately. It's a great little place to stay for just a night, weekend or extended stay and I can't recommend it enough. ”

“The room was nice. Not as big as I thought it would be. The pool area was very small. We did not partake in the pool because there was always screaming kids when we walk by. When we checked in, the man who checked us in was very just brash. He wasn't very welcoming. The first thing he said was what are you doing here. I didn't think that was appropriate but maybe they're supposed to ask why people are there. I didn't see him smile or anything like that. When no one was checking in he was on his……

“The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were very soft. Check in was easy and smooth. Advertised as breakfast served but only coffee , juice , and muffins were available. We would stay again”

“Rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s right off the interstate. No complaints really, except the towels and wash cloths could be replaced, they were well past its prime.”

“Our room was clean and very spacious. Comfortable king bed. We had a ground floor room, which was very handy. We did not utilize the amenities, although the indoor pool and fitness room looked very nice. They also had a laundry room. We didn't have breakfast since we left before 6 a.m. My only complaint was noisy people entering the outside doors after 10 p.m. Our room was next to the side entrance. Maybe the staff should have late arrivals use the main entrance.”

“Quick buffet breakfast was better than most. On recent stays at various locations, and at this place too, the bathroom has no towel rods. ”

“I want to say the staff at Douglas Inn and Suites was amazing. We accidentally left a full duffle bag with shoes a phone clothes and money in it. We didnt realize til we got home to Michigan. We are so appreciative to the guest who turned it in and the staff that mailed it!! Thank you so much!! Will be forever grateful!!”

“Very affordable the only thing I can say, property is a little bit old. Need some updated from the outside of the property and do not have a gym. Other than that staff breakfast clean room and room service every single day is a plus.”

“Absolutely love the property and experience! Always my go to when I am in the area! Lovely mountain cabin hidden away in the mountains but close enough drive to town and all kinds of great activities! Don’t go there so I can keep it for myself! Ha! Ha!”

“The pillows were flat. The mattresses are awful and my back is killing me. The pictures look absolutely nothing like real life. The pool is not bright blue and beautiful it’s closed and looks abandoned. The entire property looks like a renovated insane asylum, complete with long obviously painted over hallways with handrails. The breakfast was stale cereal not a single person is going to eat, bananas, and apples.”
