“The house was decorated beautifully with a lot of space and a beautiful view. However, the refrigerator had mold all in it so we needed to buy water to drink. And the Internet and cable didn’t work for our entire stay. The host said she tried to fix it. And when it didn’t work for the entirety of our stay she offered to give us a credit back, but she never did. The home itself smelled a little musty, but nothing unlivable.”

“Upon arrival everything looked normal, but once we got inside there was a strong dog odor that never went away. Once we pulled the couch out to set it up, we realize it was COVERED in dog hair, had dog food all over the mattress, and came with a sheet already over it that was covered in stains.
