Extremely disappointed

This was extremely disappointing! The floor was filthy. The shower curtain was moldy. There were not enough towels and the washer and dryer did not work so I couldn’t wash the ones we had to reuse. I contacted customer service the morning of my first day and never got more towels. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Very lumpy. The apartment complex was nice but the condition of this one unit was horrible. Definitely not worth what we were charged.
