I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert."

We checked in easily and decided to chill out for a minute and all of a sudden, we heard music, and low and behold, they brought in a guy to play a little jazzy saxophone in the lobby area. Unexpectedly cool. Then the little things like the great communication, a Nespresso machine, real plates and silverware, and the fact that they brought pastries from a local bakery that were excellent. 100% recommend and will be staying here...

"The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. "
