“Ya que había reservado leí comentarios muy negativos con respecto al hotel así es que mis expectativas eran muy bajas pero debo decir que al menos mi habitación estaba muy limpia, amplia, bien mantenida, una vista hermosa, todo en cuanto a la habitación estuvo muy bueno! Por otro lado es verdad que la alfombra de pasillos y áreas comunes le vendría bien un cambio y el waterpark, al menos el hot tub podrían darle una mejorada, el baño del waterpark si podrían mejorar mucho las áreas. También...

“Room was okay. Tub didn’t drain efficiently so about five minutes into the shower we were standing in about 4 inches of water.”

“The pros: very convenient to Banff downtown, the resort offers a free shuttle, plenty of parking, and Elk will graze right by your porch. Now for the cons: property is old, carpet on stairs old, cooking utensils still had food remains on them, the water tasted funky and the advertisement of having a washer and dryer means you can go to their campus laundry mat which was filthy! You have to pay by coin to do laundry so do not expect the washer and dryer to be in your unit. The description sounds...

“Everything was fine. Staff were excellent. Only minor thing was the shower head was not great. Needs more water pressure or a new shower head. ”

“Staying at the Caribou Lodge in Banff was truly a wonderful experience. The accommodations were lovely and the location ideal. This was extremely helpful as the parking and traffic in the Banff area is very challenging and parking limited. I would highly...

“Great place, good Amenities, convenient in town location. The daily coffee service and house keeping was great. I would recommend this place if you want to stay in town. ”

“Accommodations were great and staff were prompt in providing additional blankets. Nice and close to Banff.Only minor gripe was the underground parking was full when we arrived and I had to park several streets over (which took time to find a spot). Not ideal after a flight to Calgary and a drive to Banff.”

“Glad you had a great stay! ”
