“Ya que había reservado leí comentarios muy negativos con respecto al hotel así es que mis expectativas eran muy bajas pero debo decir que al menos mi habitación estaba muy limpia, amplia, bien mantenida, una vista hermosa, todo en cuanto a la habitación estuvo muy bueno! Por otro lado es verdad que la alfombra de pasillos y áreas comunes le vendría bien un cambio y el waterpark, al menos el hot tub podrían darle una mejorada, el baño del waterpark si podrían mejorar mucho las áreas. “Staying at the Caribou Lodge in Banff was truly a wonderful experience. The accommodations were lovely and the location ideal. There is a very nice restaurant and bar in the hotel but there are also many options just a walk away. We were also provided with a pass to ride the public Roam transportation to various attractions and up and down the main street. “Mostly good, only complain would be it was difficult to figure out the heating, in one of the rooms there was no temp controller.”

“not renovated. broken faucet, bedroom saide table needed drawer repair, could not stabilize water for shower - it was scaulding. Front desk said to let it run. It was clean in bathroom/kitchen. Carpeting looked and felt dirty. This was way over priced for being so shabby.”
