“This unit was very clean and well laid out. I like that the kitchen was opened up by moving the part of the cabinets that nornaly stuck out to against the wall. Makes ot feel more open and larger. Lots of games and beach items in unit. Only recomendation would be room darkening curtains in the back bedrooms as they halway lights outside the rooms are very bright.”

“This place is wonderful! We rode our bikes everywhere! The room was gorgeous & so fresh & clean. The only reason we gave location a 4 is so others would know it’s a hike to the beach. A beautiful hike but a hike. We enjoyed it but it would be hard on the elderly, and it would also be difficult to tote babies, and very small children back and forth. Otherwise, if you are active like we are, it will be a 5 star experience for you! We loved it!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was a great condo for just the two of us. Beautiful view of the beach, just a few steps away! Kitchen was well enough equipped for what we needed and the washer and dryer came in handy. The complex has a grill, pool, and easy parking. While the elevator is out, note that this unit is actually more of a 4th floor than the 3rd because the 1st floor unit numbers start on what Americans call the “2nd” floor. (This essentially bumps all floors up...

“We stay at Sunset Chateau several times a year. You just can't beat the the convenience. Steps from the beach and lots of great restaurants near by. This is by far our favorite unit. It's well maintained and the owner is very easy to work with.”
