“We were there in Feb. 2025. We lived about 5min away from BB back in the early 90s thru 2001. We loved it. Hasnt changed to much a some ways but has in others. But this location and beach and the privacy. Long walks and just spending some quite time on the sand. This is the place. ---The term CONDO I've found is used a bit loosely now. Our unit was basically a small 1 bed hotel room with a small kitchen. We stayed 4 days and made it work but not the place I would rent with more than one……

“The room was updated somewhat but there were several issues. The toilet rocks when you sit on it, we had trouble 2 mornings with no hot water( someone came to look at it but said only small water heaters for a big place, limited silverware and dishes it’s gone downhill since it was sold and no longer a motel. When you book you have no idea which unit you’re getting . We would have chosen a different room if we knew. Room was dark. The location is great though right on the beach. Not a lot of……

“Lovely beach view with sunset. Clean and adequate amenities in suite. AC filter is way overdue to be changed which left very musty smell. ”

“Room as described. Small housekeeping issue that was resolved the following day. View is very nice. Not a room issue but just information for other visitors. We stayed in the same complex two years ago and the sand was the white soft cool sand. The new berm that was put in since then now has a lot of shell pieces in it and probably not ment to walk in barefoot as I stepped on a piece and cut the bottom of my foot. There is also about an 18” drop to get to the gulf water. Not a gradual……
