“The staff was incredibly helpful. They even stayed 20 minutes longer, so we could check in.”

“The bed was clean and the room was quiet. So it served the purpose. But very spartan overall. They did not clean my room after the first night. The staff on duty said it was because I was not there to open the door. Duh. Very awkward approach to the property due to one-way roads.”

“The unit was in overall disrepair Unit was not clean when we arrived. Requested 2nd housekeeping. Checked in after 7pm. No parking available. Beds were not changed. One bed had no linens or blankets Sofa sleeper in living room was dirty. Looked like it came from a 2nd-hand store. Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. No bed linens on beds in 2nd bedroom. No……

“If all your looking for is a bed, then this place is ok (way over priced for what it is) but if you want a cup of coffee your out of luck, no coffee, no breakfast, not even a box of kleenex. Up side there is a Gentlemen Club right next door.”

“Toilets didnt flush consistently in 2 different rooms we were assigned to. We had to pick the best. We were not offered any compensation for the defective toilets. We explained that we needed a properly functioning toilet due to medical issues but the problem was not resolved. Breakfast was sloppy and barely warm. The stairwell smelled and was filthy, worried about touching anything as you might catch something. Were told we would have a room attendant to clean and tidy but nobody ever came. ”

“Room dirty, racks with oxidation, floors crack, walls cracked, unbelievable that a place like that still open, where are the inspectors from the city ,when we get there the toilet has piss the room cleaner forgot to flush it , the most disgusting hotel I’ve been.”

“The cottage was well stocked with a snack basket and a super dog basket. The kitchen was stocked with all needed essentials and the parking also worked out well.”
