“The bed was clean and the room was quiet. So it served the purpose. But very spartan overall. They did not clean my room after the first night. The staff on duty said it was because I was not there to open the door. Duh. Very awkward approach to the property due to one-way roads.”

“Parking was easy and pool was clean. View of the water and the boat docks were beautiful. The public beach and area restaurants were walkable. The condo was very clean and spacious. There were beach toys for the children. The washer and dryer were there for use and came in handy. Bring your supplies and you will feel right at home! Thank you for sharing your happy place!!!”

“I can’t say enough about our 4-day stay at the Clearwater Marriott Resort on Sand Key! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our experience truly special. Taylor and Taryn were amazing — attentive, personable, and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so welcome. The staff member at the check-in desk was also very helpful and friendly (I’m sorry I can’t remember their name!). The service, atmosphere, and overall experience……

“It’s old style buffet Florida Motel. The family running the property were responsive and helpful. Kitchen was basic and we brought our own pots and pan, cutlery too. We were happy with these very simple accommodations, decent beds and clean sheets and towels. No frills, but that was fine for us. ”

“Room dirty, racks with oxidation, floors crack, walls cracked, unbelievable that a place like that still open, where are the inspectors from the city ,when we get there the toilet has piss the room cleaner forgot to flush it , the most disgusting hotel I’ve been.”

“Not very clean, check-in process was difficult, no niceties to the place, not even a box of tissues or a mat in the tub. No notes about the area or recommendations for restaurants, etc. Nothing special at all and TV didn’t work.”
