The condo was in good shape, but the furnishings could do with an upgrade; some of the furniture was pretty shabby. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied. "

"We had a great time. Loved being so close to the marina. Condo is very spacious and is, in fact, fully stocked. I do want to note, not as a criticism, but for informational purposes only, that everything is provided for you EXCEPT for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. This isn’t a problem except I would like to know this before packing. But experience and Condo were both amazing!"

"The condo was beautiful, clean and easy to access. The owner communicated well, as in a timely manner. My sister and I had a great time taking our mom to a Motown show and joined our friends on their boat in Kimberling City. It was a great place to stay!"

"Over all a nice property. Was lacking a full set of sheets for the hide a bed and under the sofa was debris. I’m thinking they might need a few pest control visits as I got bit twice by what seemed to be a spider."
