"Staff was friendly, grounds were well kept, rooms were completely remodeled and very clean, bed was comfortable. Beach area was nice, Tiki Bar a bit expensive. Pool was heated and stayed open until 10pm. Complimentary smores every night at the fire pits was a nice touch. "

"Apparently, when we couldn't download our credits we were told by Membership that it was because we used them at Harrahs earlier that morning and we must have
"forgot". Really? After a security check it was determined that someone else had been playing on our cards. Rather than issue us new membership cards with free play, we were told to freeze our account and return later. When we returned the issue was unresolved and our accounts remain frozen. "
