Communication before arriving was excellent. Only catch was having to rely on somebody else entering the building before we could get in. However, this did not detract from a great stay. Lovely flat, great location, good facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Hosts

My train from London got canceled and my hosts were kind enough to meet me for checkin later than expected. The place was clean and the hosts were kind and easy to work with. They also provided good advice about things to see and do. Super happy with my stay and I’ll be trying to stay here again the next time I’m in Birmingham. Thanks so much!
