“We had a very difficult time with communication with the host planner. We sent several emails to determine the address of where we were staying and received no communication or phone number offered for us to call and discuss the accommodations in the final 24 hours prior to check in. We were visiting from another state in difficult circumstances and were very upset by the lack of communication. We were trying to ascertain the complex we had rented not the unit number. We simply need to be……

“We booked this place -- and paid for it 100% -- about six weeks prior to our trip to Buckeye, AZ. On the day we were to check in, I tried to get the code we needed to unlock our unit. I was told our reservation had been canceled for lack fo payment. When we protested, the (presumed) owner was not only unhelpful and uninterested, but rude in the extreme. This was undoubtedly the WORST experience on a vacation trip we have ever experienced. I hope this gets published (but doubt it) to save you……
