“Property Manager are awful to communicate with. Within the first 30mins, we found blood on pillows and wall. Multiple items were broken. I don't recommend this to place. Vents were so dirty, dust was falling on the floor. Oh let me not forget garage is broken so you have to walk to get to the front door. Which is not close to the townhome.”

“5 bedrooms 4 had king size beds with one queen. 2 living rooms lots of tvs with a projection tv in the family room. 3.5 baths makes it good for lots of people. Code for front door so no one to have the chance to lose a key. Spacious kitchen, double oven, microwave, dual coffee pot, air fryer, toaster. Plenty of pans, dishwasher and variety of glasses. Nice backyard, did not use the pool still a bit cold and we did not bbq because someone had put charcoal in before us and it’s propane. There were……

“The whole house seemed like it needed a good cleaning both inside and out.1. Master bedroom carpet was stained and extremely dirty. It appeared like the carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time 2. Outdoor patio furniture was stained and very dirty. 3. Door thresholds going to outside extremely dirty.4. All windows / door glass needed to be cleaned We would have liked to see some more supplies, ie; dish soap, all-purpose cleaner (409, etc.), aluminum foil, sandwich bags, laundry soap,……
