Sunny spacious studio in New Cairo

My place is very neat & sunny. It's close to the airport and public transport. It's 10 minutes away from "90 street", the liveliest road in New Cairo. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the high privacy it offers. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's in a safe neighborhood in New Cairo near the First Settlement police station (500 ft. away).
The studio is spacious (40 m2). It's on the third floor. It has a dining table. It has AC, WiFi, a TV, a microwave, an iron, a kettle, basic cooking utensils and dining set.
BIG open roof (180 m2) accessible if you want to enjoy fresh air and a breeze outdoors.
My neighborhood is really safe and quiet. All necessary services including local grocery, pharmacies, dry clean, cafe and restaurants are in close reach and offer cheap home delivery.
A bus stop is just a 10-minutes-walk away.
I will be available to help either in person or via phone at any time.

Two weeks October stay

Property host Emad was very helpful and provided a great tour of Old Cairo with his good friend Ahmed to cap off a wonderful visit to New Cairo. Neighborhood dogs did make it difficult to sleep some nights, but the studio was large enough and well furnished.
