“The individual units were very nice. The bedroom is pretty small and hard to maneuver around the bed. This is a resort so be prepared to be offered discounts on activities if you agree to go to a two hour presentation where of course they are hopeful you will buy into Sapphire Resorts. We went to the presentation so we could get a substantial discount on a jeep tour but we held firm and did not buy in. We did not have time to use all the amenities like the pool and adults only Lagoon, but they……

“The house was very spacious for our family of 5\. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, there was also a good selection of books during down time. Kitchen was well stocked, nice linens, even got to park in the garage. Great location, close to trails, beautiful views. ”

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
