"Wonderful views. Safe and quiet. Everything was labeled ( my wife loved that). All amenities right there and available at your fingertips. Even minute details were covered. Stress free. I did ask the hosts to adopt us but they respectfully declined . We'll be back!"

"The view!!!! Most times you may look at photos on vrbo and think to yourself, is this real life?? This indeed is real life at High Tide! The view of the 18th hole and a hop over the dunes to the ocean is majestic. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for a marvelous stay. We even grilled our first night because we couldn’t pull ourselves away from the view. Met the owners who were sweet as pie and Avantstay were so communicative and there if we needed anything. Even suggested the best places to eat. It was a great get away and we have talked about returning for sure. If you want a beautiful house with an amazing view, comfy beds, full kitchen, and all the comforts of home, this is the house for you!!! "

"The condo was perfect. Really enjoyed the turn table and the albums brought back many memories. We were a little disappointed that no one ever came to repair one of the sliding glass doors to the outside balcony/porch area. The bedroom door was fine, but the door from the living area would not open. I called and was told that if they were not working on weather related things, they would come on Monday to fix. Tropical storm was a potential threat but over the week-end, the storm was pulled out to sea and was no longer a threat. "

"Great House and stay! Wish the check-in process was keyless entry / self check in instead of having to pick up keys from reality office. That part seems a bit outdated, but very minor. All an all, great place, clean and as advertised. property manager communication and assistance was great. "

"There were a few items that need maintenance such as: 1) the faucet in the kitchen needs to be tightened; 2) the master bathroom toilet handle needs to be adjusted; 3) only two dishwasher tabs were left for four days, which was not enough. Bedding and towel provisions were great. Overall we loved the unit. It was a perfect location and it had great amenities. I had a wonderful 65th birthday celebration!!"
