“Overall experience was ok. Housekeeping did not clean the first day. We had no shower wash. I requested that they re-fill it. They didn’t, and also took our used soap and did not replace it. We had to request soap from the front desk when we got back to our room at midnight. In addition they did not re-fill coffee pods for our coffee maker. Staff was friendly enough but overall they missed the mark. ”

“The rooms were so outdated and their version of scenic view was subpar. The tub in our room was so old it had a missing part on the base. The walls were paper thin. The staff was very informative and friendly honestly, the free shuttle to and from downtown is what saved the day.
