“The AC in the room worked well. The staff did not know if eggs for breakfast had dairy. There was no single vegetable for breakfast. There were no herbal tea options, only black and green. Cherish at the front desk was so nice. She welcomed us in with a smile so happy and was so kind. Beds were so soft and jumpy. They were very uncomfortable. The sink was located outside of the bathroom which was very disturbing and woke up everyone everytime it was turned on. Not very convenient. ”

“The facility is in the middle of a very high crime area. I didn’t feel safe at all. The room was an upgrade because my original room had no A/C. The upgraded room reeked of smoke and marijuana. There was even reminence of some marijuana on the floor near the bathroom. The sheets were not clean so I slept on top of the bed with street clothes on. It was a very bad experience but I guess you get what you pay for. The price was reasonable a that’s why I had booked it. The room needs to be……

“Great location, beachfront access to a beautiful sandy beach. Welcoming staff, clean room, comfy beds. Safe, easy parking nearby. ”

“Poor management, rude staff, 2-3 hours late checking, torn carpet in our room, front door almost impossible to close and open, very noisy drunk visitors left free to enjoy their parties even after midnight. Staff just pretend they care. Nothing done to remedy any of the problems. This looks like a cheap motel not like good brand hotel. Shame for Marriott!”

“Great location, friendly staff and clean room. Only small negative is the AC probably needs updating, we were there in March, no way the AC will keep up in the summer. Overall a good place for the price, will definitely come back.”
