"walkable to the beach, central of everything include dining, coffee shop, pier 60. Valet parking made it so easy. You can reserve to have your car ready ahead of time. "
"Opal Sands exceeded our expectation. Check in was swift, valet parking pleasant and off to our room in minutes.
Gulf view with manatee, dolphins, pleasure boats entertaining us during our stay.
This resort has a pool 3ft max. depth with lounge chairs adjacent to tiki bar and to the water below the sea wall. Just you and a waterview with the spectacular west coast sunset. Music and another bar/dining area on lower deck which lead to beach and pier.
Inside dining was good, wine too with another sunset view.
We extended our stay another night! Didn’t want to leave this place.
Mobile check out was less impressive. When we returned home, I contacted accounting
and promptly was credited $$$ to my cc.

"We really enjoyed this Hampton property with our daughter SIL and 2 year old grandson. Staff was very friendly, breakfast very good! We spent lots of time at the pool and also loved the water views from our balcony. Dolphins every morning!
For improvement: the beds were ok, noisy ! Our neighbors smoked pot frequently, the hall smelled all the time, they should have been removed! Overall, we would come back due to the location and pricing!"
"We had a wonderful quick weekend stay. The hotel is beautiful and so clean. The rooftop bar was so much fun, we had to go twice. Our room was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect to explore the beach and surrounding area. All of the staff were amazing. Gina at the front desk was the best part of our stay. We will definitely be back."

We didn’t like that Coco’s had live music that played until midnight or later. Just because we didn’t have time constraints, we had to deal with noisy music late into the night.
We really liked the hotel and would enjoy another stay on future trips! "

"The elevator isn't working, and when we were notified upon arrival at the hotel, they assigned me the fifth floor. The room only has a coffeemaker. They left the coffee grounds and cream, but NOT the glasses. The ice machines are only working, one of the two available for five floors."

"The condo was large, clean, and spacious. The view from the patio was amazing and we enjoyed spending evening out there. It was a short super easy walk to the beach. The only minor inconvenience was there was no hand soap and we ran out of toilet paper. But overall would recommend and stay again!!"

"Stayed at this condo for a week with my daughter beautiful clean and accomodating a nice balcony for sunrises and sunsets bsautiful pool, histvwas very nice and prompt with any questions, nearby by clearwater beach and excellent dining very peaceful and relaxing area short drive to cleawater marine aquarium as well as honeymoon island where you can purchase tickets for the ferry which takes u to caladesi island a must see beautiful beach fine white sand beautiful warm and clear water loved it great beach fir shelling as well would def recommend and will be back thbak you 10/10"
