The place was Fan-Tastic...folks I know who have had more time in El Paso said the park system is phenomenal and a great place to walk the dogs, if on a long car trip. "The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. "Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, accomodating. Bed and couch comfortable, shower and water pressure great! Might mention it is well water, so tenant can know to bring their own bottled water if well water not to their liking I have no issues I have well water myself. "Very nice little apartment. Fairly well decorated and nice beds. Very clean and calming environment. I was annoyed that there is only one mirror. It makes it difficult for multiple adults to get ready in the morning. Consider putting a mirror in at least one bedroom. Also the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the bedroom. Could use a better router."

"I honestly thought it was going to be a great experience at first. The place was brand new, everything super clean and comfortable. So new in fact the new paper towel holder in the kitchen hadn’t been mounted yet, and the new Roku tv hadn’t been set up. All that was good and well.
