Room was clean and comfortable. Door handle didn’t work very well. Struggled to get it open almost every time. Didn’t use the free breakfast. Checked it out once and was nowhere to sit so we ate elsewhere.

The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. The place was very clean and the perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views were spectacular and we even had a bear sighting!

The property was nice but it was not clean. There was a bathroom that wouldn’t drain at the tub or sink. The AC was not good upstairs. I called and was told someone would come out to check what I was telling them and no one ever showed up. I got pics to show my concerns.
