“The host was very accommodating and quick to answer questions and address needs. The location is very central to anywhere you might want to travel to see the sights. The house was clean and contained many helpful items for travelers.”

“Great place for peace and quiet.”

“Beautiful yard with incredible view of Sandia. The water feature and pond are relaxing. The family room keeps those views with 3 huge windows. It was great to have attached garage space to avoid a minivan preheated in the New Mexico sun. Will definitely stay there again.”

“Very clean and comfortable, my second time in the same unit and won’t be my last”

“The house was so charming and cozy. Host communication was excellent no issues! House was a perfect size and in a great location for what we needed. Will definitely book again if coming back to Albuquerque for a weekend trip! ”

“Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood near a park for kids and animals to play. Close to shopping and some special events. I rented to be close to the Dr.s office for my appointment. Host is very friendly and responsive and truly made us feel at home.”

“This property was super clean, also very cozy my family and I loved the vibe! We felt very safe the property is very secure. Also the host was very easy to communicate with and gave such good hospitality! I would highly recommend this place!!”

“Great spot if you need a place in Albuquerque it is essentially located so it's easy to get pretty much anywhere in town The owner was very courteous and responded to me in A matter of minutes”

The toilet, after raising the seat was very soiled and the seat had paint missing again ver likely with bacteria present. The host would do well to replace the toilet seat with plastic making it easier to clean. The toilet is very old and difficult for seniors to exit, suggest new taller toilet. All bathroom surfaces should be painted with semi-gloss paint to prevent……

“We really like the location of the cabin. It was about 20-30 minutes to the places we wanted to see in Albuquerque. The view is pretty. After reading the other reviews we knew to expect to wait before we got our check in information. We got it around 3:00 before our 4:00 check in. The lock to the door is a bit tricky. The bathroom door is also hard to get open once inside. The sink is old and hard to turn. As others have said there is no WiFi. There is DVD player. The weather was cooler and the……

“Location, unit, and service was excellent! Walkable distance to a lot of good restaurants, place was clean and spacious for a single person, and comm for assistance was quick.”
